Hart Total Fitness is your answer to personal training needs in Paris. Owner/trainer Jennifer Hart is a Master Personal Trainer and is ready to help you see your own potential.

Jennifer is a mother, wife, runner, and avid skier-both water and snow. Jennifer enjoys various sports ranging from soccer/football with WISP here in Paris to Wii challenges at home. She is originally from northern Canada and is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for everyone looking to improve upon their fitness. Sessions available in English and/or French. Jennifer is also able to communicate using basic American Sign Language.

Qualifications:

Master Diploma in Personal Training from the European Institute of Fitness

Master of Arts in Sociology and Human Behaviour

Certification in Personal Training from the European Institute of Fitness

eReps Level 4 Personal Trainer

EHFA (European Health and Fitness Association) member

EHFA advisory council member

Brevet de Prévention et Secours Civiques de niveau 1 (nouvel AFPS)

ZIN™ (ZUMBA® Instructor Network) Member
