Have you ever found yourself wondering if you are doing something 'right'? Do you spend seemingly endless chunks of time sweating it out and wondering if what you are doing is actually effective?
Not to worry, we can help answer these (and many more!) questions for you. We have extensive knowledge of machines, programme design and free weights having worked on gym floors (see above in the wonderful orange outfits!) Whilst we can't join you at your preferred gym since most have Personal Trainers on staff, what we can do is sit down, talk about the particular gym you frequent (we may actually know it quite well as a fellow member) and design a plan to get the most out of your membership fees. This session is more of a one-on-one chat with a few light movements to discuss form and technique. Afterward, we'll write and design a plan for you that we can email off and get you started on a new, effective fitness regime.
Cost:
Consultation and programming writing -- 35 Euros
Follow-up programme revisions -- 15 Euros each
