Whether you are pre or post-delivery, we support and applaud you for taking the journey toward motherhood and are here to help you get your body, mind and spirit back on track. We are breast-feeding positive and can help design a plan that suits YOU personally. Let's face it, standard clothing sizes rarely fit all of us all the time (I can be a 38 in one shop and a 42 in another!!) and neither do standard health/fitness plans. Let us help you safely and effectively get your body back in shape and your energy levels up. You're a parent, you're going to need your energy.
Mommy Fit Parties now available for booking!
Mommy Fit Parties by Maman Fitness are all the rage! Host a get together in your home with pregnant or new mommies and we’ll come to you and show you simple exercises you can do with your baby to start on your path to a healthy, happy and fit life with your little bundle of joy. You don’t need much for this class other than enough room for your friends to sit in a circle (or oblong shape, depending on your home), one hour (give or take depending on the smallest participants and feedings!) and a sense of humour. Bond with your baby and other new moms through this exciting and fun class!
Please seek approval by your doctor to begin any new exercise program pre-and-post baby. This is a very light programme designed to ease you into more intense exercise but we still think having permission is best. J
You can organize a one-off party or plan a few sessions. All
prices are per person.

All parties are
taught by European Health and Fitness Association-certified trainers. We are a breast-feeding friendly company!
As a mother myself, I
know that last minute conflicts can happen.
Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before proposed party time. All
cancellations will be rescheduled at the host/guests convenience.
All locations in the ile-de-France area can
be discussed (including suburbs). A
minimum of 4 participants are required to host a party.
