Each session is one hour in length and can be designed for one-on-one learning or group settings if you'd like to work out with a friend.  In addition the the clinics listed below, Jennifer has extensive training in Biomechanic Running Analysis.  Have your gait, foot strike, pelvis/knee/hip/shoulder/neck alignment assessed to ensure pain and injury-free running.
